Role OverviewThe Senior Portfolio Analyst directs the evaluation and monitoring of private market investments, direct venture allocations, and external fund managers. Based in our Singapore office, this individual leads the financial modeling, stress testing, and commercial due diligence across multi-jurisdictional asset classes. The position reports directly to the Managing Director of Investments.
Core Responsibilities
  • Build comprehensive discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and waterfall models for direct syndicated acquisitions.
  • Review quarterly financial statements, audited returns, and capital account statements from third-party fund managers.
  • Prepare written investment memorandums and present underwriting risk evaluations to the family investment committee.
  • Track international macro conditions, interest rate movements, and currency volatility affecting sovereign holding structures.
Professional Requirements
  • Minimum six years of direct experience in private equity underwriting, venture capital analysis, or institutional investment banking.
  • Active CFA charter, CAIA credential, or a Master of Science in Finance.
  • Mastery of advanced Excel modeling, PitchBook, and consolidated portfolio accounting software.
  • Demonstrated background evaluating complex corporate structures across Southeast Asia and European jurisdictions.

Legal & Corporate Governance Associate

Role OverviewThe Legal and Corporate Governance Associate oversees the administrative, regulatory, and corporate secretarial health of multiple international holding vehicles, family trusts, and special purpose entities. Working directly alongside our General Counsel, this specialist manages regulatory filings, liaises with external fiduciary counsel, and standardizes multi-jurisdictional compliance packages.
Core Responsibilities
  • Maintain statutory registers, minutes, and annual corporate filings for entities registered in Singapore, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and the United Kingdom.
  • Coordinate with international private banking desks to complete exhaustive Know Your Customer, anti-money laundering, and beneficial ownership documentation.
  • Draft and review non-disclosure agreements, director resolutions, shareholder loans, and side letters under legal guidance.
  • Supervise external trust companies, corporate service providers, and registered agents to ensure prompt execution of governance mandates.
Professional Requirements
  • Minimum four years of experience in corporate secretarial administration, trust management, or corporate law.
  • Bachelor of Laws, qualified company secretary designation (CS / ACIS), or STEP certification.
  • Thorough understanding of common-law trust instruments, multi-tier corporate holdings, and statutory source-of-funds verifications.
  • Impeccable written drafting precision and organizational mastery when managing multi-entity legal files.
